Pricing

Engagement models

Every project is different, so we don't publish one-size-fits-all price tags. We do publish exactly how we charge — pick the model that fits and we'll quote your project precisely.

Click any card to see how that model works in practice.

Best for well-defined scope

Fixed-Price Project

One agreed scope, one agreed price, one delivery date. You know the total cost before we write a line of code.

  • Detailed proposal & milestone plan up front
  • Weekly demo checkpoints
  • Change requests handled transparently
  • 30-day post-delivery bug-fix window

Fixed-Price Project

How it works

You send a brief, we scope it together on a call, then you get a written proposal with milestones, a fixed price and a delivery date. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Choose this when

  • You know roughly what you want built
  • You need a firm number for a budget approval
  • The deadline matters more than flexibility

Best for evolving or exploratory work

Hourly Engagement

Senior engineering time billed by the hour, with a weekly cap you control. Ideal when scope is genuinely unknown.

  • Transparent weekly timesheets
  • Pause or stop anytime
  • Great for audits, rescues & prototyping
  • Converts to fixed-price once scope firms up

Hourly Engagement

How it works

We agree an hourly rate and a weekly hour cap you set. You get a timesheet every week showing exactly what the hours went on, and you can raise, lower or stop the cap whenever you want.

Choose this when

  • The scope will genuinely change as you learn
  • You need an audit or a rescue of existing work
  • You want to start small and see how we work

Best for ongoing partnership

Monthly Retainer

A reserved block of capacity each month for support, improvements, and new features — with priority response times.

  • Guaranteed monthly capacity
  • Priority support SLA
  • Roadmap planning included
  • Unused hours partially roll over

Monthly Retainer

How it works

You reserve a fixed block of capacity each month. We hold that time for you, respond within an agreed SLA, and plan the roadmap together each cycle. Cancel with a month's notice.

Choose this when

  • You already have a system that needs looking after
  • You want steady improvements, not one big push
  • You need someone on call when something breaks

Our promise

A cost-friendly deal, guaranteed

Good engineering shouldn't need a big-agency budget. We keep our team small and our pricing transparent so you pay for the work — not for account managers, sales layers, or padded estimates.

01

Fair, upfront pricing

You get the full price before work starts — not an estimate that quietly doubles halfway through.

02

No padded hours

We quote the work, not the hours we could stretch it to. Every line item is one you can question.

03

Scoped to your budget

Tell us your range and we'll design the solution around it — or tell you honestly if it can't be done well for that.

04

No lock-in

Code, docs, and credentials are yours from day one. You can walk away or hire in-house whenever you like.

Intake closing

Current booking window

We cap intake at 6 projects a quarter so every client gets senior attention. 2 slots remain for this quarter.

FAQ

Common questions

Yes — happy to sign one before any detailed discussion of your project, data, or systems.

That's fine and common. Tell us roughly what you're trying to achieve and we'll help you arrive at a realistic budget and timeline, or point you to the Hourly model until scope firms up.

Both. Audits, rescues, and adding features to an existing codebase are common under the Hourly Engagement model — we don't require a greenfield start.

You do, entirely — code, documentation, and credentials are handed over from day one. There's no lock-in; you can walk away or hire in-house whenever you like.

Fixed-price projects include a 30-day post-delivery bug-fix window. Beyond that, a Monthly Retainer covers ongoing support with a priority response SLA.

Within one business day — with either a quote, or the specific questions we need answered to produce one.

We'll say so. We don't sell AI where a cron job will do, and we'd rather tell you honestly than take on work that isn't the right fit.

Yes — most collaboration is async (briefs, docs, weekly demos), with calls scheduled to overlap with your hours regardless of where you're based.

How quoting works

Send us a short project brief — what you need built, the tech involved if you know it, your budget range, and timeline. We'll come back within one business day with either a quote or the questions we need answered to produce one. No sales pressure, no padded estimates.
